After over a year of working with an amazing team from India, we’re excited to bring authentic, delicious dishes to Carbondale. Starting after Thanksgiving, you can find us at Mountain Heart Brewery every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We are excited to announce our new venture at EAT Bistro & Drinks. Special thanks to Molly & Jeff for leaving us such a great restaurant and following. We are looking forward to serving the great community of New Castle. Stay tuned for more updates!!!

We officially leased the restaurant yesterday to two great guys! Robert McConell and Ryan Baldwin. Coming mid September you will see a new brand on the front door!
