Personal Chef Services by Chef "Zeze" Chef Zeze is available to cater in-house dinner parties, special occasion events, holiday meals, and more. Maria "Zeze" G.

We also offer private cooking classes using fresh local products. Batista is a professionally trained chef with over 15 years of culinary experience in the Big Island of Hawaii. She specializes in creating Latino/Pacific Rim fusion cuisine utilizing locally grown organic produce. Chef Zeze is the executive chef of the famous Keei Cafe Restaurant in Hokukano in Kealakekua, HI. Chef Zeze's culinary

creations have been featured in Frommer's magazine, West Hawaii Today, Hawaii Island Journal, and Big Island Television. In 2003, Chef Zeze received 1st place in the Kona Coffee Festival Professional Dessert Recipe Contest.
