Four years ago today, we cooked and served for the first time in our food truck. I still remember that day. The anticipation, the excitement, the unknown, the challenge, the triumph!🥳
Today, we announce the permanent closure of our business and operations.🥹
Running the truck — just like the farm before it — has been one of the greatest adventures of our lives. We faced storms, breakdowns, long days, and crazy rushes… and we wouldn’t trade a single one. Every obstacle taught us something, and not many people get to say they fed their community from a little red trailer with a big heart. What we’ll miss most is you.🫶🏼
Your smiles at the window, your kind words on tough days, the regulars who became friends, and the new faces who quickly felt like family. Serving you has been an honor and a joy we’ll carry with us always.🥹
So this isn’t really “goodbye” — it’s “thank you.” 👏🏻
Thank you for every order, every share, every tag, every rainy day you still showed up. You made this dream real, and we’re forever grateful.❤️
Our food truck itself will now be run by our daughter all the way up in Maine. We are so proud of her for taking on such an endeavor—it certainly isn’t for the faint of heart! Please join us in praying for a successful business journey!🙌🏻 🥹
