Peter Shields Inn & Restaurant The Peter Shields Inn is a beautiful and romantic seaside getaway on Cape May’s Beach Avenue, offering excellent accommodations, fine dining and service.
(2194)

For a unique and luxurious alternative to cookie-cutter hotels, the Peter Shields Inn is the perfect option for your stay in Cape May. Enjoy one of nine comfortable guest rooms, gourmet dining at our on-site restaurant and breathtaking oceanfront views. Our recently-renovated 1907 Georgian Revival mansion is not your typical bed and breakfast, located just steps away from the beach on Cape May’s Beach Avenue. Sit on our front porch to watch dolphins and birds navigate the Atlantic coastline, or take one of our bikes to leisurely explore all that Cape May has to offer. Complete your day at our Zagat-recommended fine dining restaurant, where epicurean delights and impeccable service are always on the menu. For ideas on how to get your most out of your stay, make sure to take advantage of our concierge service. We also host beautiful wedding ceremonies on our beach, front lawn or inside our romantic mansion.
