Posted by Brooke Elizabeth - - - For Mommoms Birthday/Christmas gift we had a quilt made for her from Pop's clothes instead of throwing them out. Bill's cousin Jacki did an incredible job! We couldn't have expected it to turn out the way it did....the quilt is so beautiful and made with such detail....button holes, tags, pockets (even the pocket that had a tear in it from him wearing it so much). I told Jacki Pop's favorite color was blue and she said the shirts we gave her were perfect! Mommom cried when she realized these were Pop's clothes. She loved this gift so much! Now she can feel even closer to him as she snuggles up with the clothes he wore every day that he was here with us. I'm sure some of you close to him will recognize these shirts! Jacki THANK YOU for making such a beautiful and incredibly special gift for our Mom/Mommom/Ma!
