While we always strive to feature as many local ingredients as possible, the reality is that cost, availability, and the volume we serve don’t always make that possible.

This week though, we wanted to create something that celebrates what we love most about our community. Fresh food, local farmers, and the people who make it all possible.

As we’ve wandered the farmers markets each week, talking with growers and filling our baskets with the season’s best, an idea began to take shape.

We’re excited to share this week’s special, available Monday, August 10-Saturday August 15:

✨Red onions from South Side Farms 573, pickled in house by us

✨Tomatoes grown by Jeanne's Farm Market
✨Whipped Ricotta, with local honey by Indian Creek Hives
✨Tuscan Herb Olive Oil from Water & William Olive Oil Co.
✨Udder the Kitchen Sink Seasoning from Smokin Brothers, Inc.

Built around the freshest local produce we could find, this sandwich is our small way of supporting our neighbors and celebrating the incredible harvest happening right here in our community.

We hope every bite reminds you that good food has a way of bringing people together.
