Hey everyone! 🌱 We are making a few small adjustments to our weekly schedule to better support our amazing team so we can keep bringing you the best experience possible.
Starting this week, our new fall hours will be:
Thursday & Friday: 11 AM – 4 PM
Saturday: 11 AM – 7 PM
Sunday: 11 AM – 4 PM
The best part? Because we’ve had so many requests for it, our entire weekend brunch menu—including those fan-favorite vegan biscuits and gravy—will now be available every single day we are open!

🔉Just a quick reminder that our new fall hours officially kick off on Monday August 17th!

While we are shifting to a slightly more streamlined schedule during the week, we wanted to make sure you have plenty of time to wind down your weekends with us. We’ll be staying open until 7 PM on Saturdays and Sundays so you can swing by for dinner and hang out later into the evening!

Here is what our schedule looks like starting August 17th:
Thursday & Friday: 11 AM – 4 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 11 AM – 7 PM

Normal summer hours are still rolling right along through this weekend, so come grab your favorites before the shift! We can't wait to see you. ❤️

Class is back in session! 🍎📚

As many of you know, Trio is proudly teacher-owned. While I’ve loved running the restaurant full-time this summer, it's time to head back to the classroom for the new school year.
To balance teaching and serving the community we love, we are adjusting our hours starting August 17th.
