We've had plenty of support for the prix fixe model, but ppl wanting a few speciality evenings sprinkled in and we are always here for that.

6 days until our wine dinner with The Sorting Table and Vinoteca — and seats are going fast.

Here's what's on the table:

*Toast Skagen — shrimp salad, buttered toast, dill, lemon, roe
*Fried Green Tomatoes — blistered tomato remoulade, frisée, basil oil
*Sausage & Chanterelle Risotto — Manchego, apple, celery leaf
*NY Strip — Boursin whipped potatoes, brussels sprouts, beurre rouge
*Sweet Corn Cake — lemon curd, thyme whipped cream

Each course paired with a wine handpicked for it, start to finish — Le Monde Pinot Grigio to a Mont Marçal Cava Brut send-off.

Later this week we will announce the next run of pop-ups, but today we wanted to focus on a wine dinner we are hosting on Tuesday August 4th w/ The Sorting Table and VINOTECA .

The Sorting Table is an incredible importer that sources an amazing variety of wines from around the world and it is a honor to host them for an exploration of their wines paired with 5 courses of Chef DeWayne's food.

$110 plus tax and gratuity

Sometimes life gets in the way of living, and over the past six weeks we took a self imposed break from the weekly rush of Tuesday pop-ups to focus on our family, friends, and ourselves... but we are ready for the next round and are changing up the format for the summer.

This time around we are going to offer a 3 course prix fixe menu built around the most glorious produce of the season.

$50 per person plus tax and gratuity
