Andrea’s parents, Irmgard and John Siemer, immigrated from Germany and shared their family recipes with Chris and Andrea. Today, we have the privilege of sharing those flavors with you. ❤️

Our Jägerschnitzel, a thin pork cutlet topped with mushroom gravy, is served with fried potatoes and Oma’s cucumber salad. For Chris and Andrea, these dishes bring family memories to the table, making October an especially meaningful month at MJB+S.

There’s plenty more to enjoy on our October menu, too! From biergarten pretzels and grilled bratwurst to warm apple strudel and featured cocktails, come hungry and find your favorite. 🥨🍎

I just want to start by saying THANK YOU to everyone who has followed my page, shared it, and shown me so much support already. It truly means more to me than you know!

I’ve been working behind the scenes, baking, practicing, and getting everything ready to officially open Breaking Bread Bake Co. by the second week of October! 🍪🍞✨
