With a heart full of nostalgia and gratitude, we write to you to announce the definitive closure of our restaurant. From day one, our journey at Gregory's has been an unforgettable adventure, full of challenges, learning and, above all, surrounded by the love and support of each of you.
During these years, we have had the privilege of serving you an international gastronomic proposal that fills us with pride, from Greek dishes to Mexican creations, through the Italian essence and the American touch, always with the commitment to offer you fresh food prepared at the moment. .
Our trip would not have been possible without the inspiration and guidance of our mentor from Greece, Mr. Fred Fotos, who with his passion and dedication motivated us to undertake this dream of fusing flavors from different parts of the world. We owe him eternal gratitude for having been the beacon that illuminated our path on this culinary adventure.
The closure of Gregory's is due to various circumstances that, after much reflection, have led us to make this difficult decision. It is time to close this chapter, but not before thanking you deeply for having been an essential part of this story.
We want to inform you that the place will pass into the hands of new owners, who will bring a different concept of food. We are sure that they will continue to fill this space with joy and good times and we wish them the greatest success in this new endeavor.
To you, our loyal customers, we thank you for every visit, every shared smile and for choosing us to be part of your special moments. Gregory's was always more than a restaurant; It was a meeting point, a big family and a home away from home.
Even though our journey as Gregory's comes to an end, the memories and experiences we experienced will remain forever in our hearts.
