Firebread® was started in Austria in 2015. Firebread, is a new unique kind of bread, produced like Chimney Cake, the old traditional eastern European cake (that was filled with ice cream, pudding or fruits).

In 2015, after a long search for the right mixture, Firebread as we now know it was born. Firebread was first sold wholesale to European restaurants and bars with only 2 different flavors. In February 2018, we started selling the current firebread in Florida in the U.S. We only sold at farmer’s markets to see if the people liked the new bread, crusty on the outside and soft on the inside with great flavors. We currently have over 10 different firebread flavors. Between 2018 and 2019, we opened a small shop with a commercial kitchen in Fort Myers Florida and started selling Firebread sandwiches. Our firebread sandwiches are filled with International cuisines. From this small start up we have created tasty meals to go. We here at Firebread produce everything from scratch, we use the highest quality suppliers for all our products, (flour from Europe, spices from around the world and butchers for sausage). Our goal is to always produce high quality, fresh sandwiches that are full of flavor. We can be found in SWFL at over 230 local events and we do catering by request.
