Social media always reminds me when I have been lax about posting. We are still here with the intent to post but summertime keeps us busy with day to day baking, custom orders, boxed lunches and weddings. Thanks to the Salty Plum for catching the craziness that greets us in the morning. So thankful for all who show up and wait so patiently for coffee, chai, lassi, pastries, biscuits and quiche in the morning.
We would like to gently remind everyone who have not visited yet, that we switch from our breakfast menu to our lunch menu at 10:25 am. Please plan accordingly, the line starts early and does not let up till around 11. Cinnamon Rolls, Donuts, Quiche and specialty croissants go particularly fast. We are a small batch bakery and generally offer between 20- 25 different pastries, 12- 15 types of cookies and several cakes, desserts are available by the slice. Pastry selection thins noticeably by 10am. Unfortunately lunch sandwiches are not available to 10:30. Our kitchen needs time to switch out the lines so they can prepare those sandwiches, bowls and entrees for you. As always, it’s a pleasure to serve you!
