My MNF Menu scribbled. I write ✍️ a new menu each and every day. For MNF, I got some goodies.. Navajo tacos, 50 cent wings, Mac and Cheese, Pigs in a Blanket and my gourmet bread. All scratch food. 😋 I love baking bread. Fresh bread and B**r!!

My Knuckle Sandwich and Burrito paired exquisitely with my craft b**r 🍺

Don't forget about my 50 cent wings on Saturday and Sundays!

My Knuckle Sandwich meat is essentially a stewed Knuckle and organ meat kind of like a discada but its to die for, so flavorful. It tastes great and pairs well with a pale l***r or a stout.

This is my weekend special ladies and gents and will be extended to MNF 😎🤟

PS.
I got my 3rd release of my mystery series going to be released next month. I had so much fun writing it! People who read my books know I have a muppet like sense of humor and a stream of consciousness style of writing ✍️

PS again.
At some point ill close down in 2027 to finish off the build of my new tap room and Distillery!

My third release of my mystery series "The D**gman & The Duck-Dragon" is coming out next month, but I'll eventually be Distilling a specialty liquor from this series to release at some point after the special book release, called - Seoulfly.

Food from this novelette, Yin Yang Tacos and Seoulfly will be a specialty here when the release and book signing are set.




Note: this novelette is based off of my novella Paco D**g and the Duck-Dragon and both are based off of my Novel; The Brewers' Murder Diaries.

To commemorate the first craft b**r ever distributed in the History of B**r in El Paso; I present to you my 12th Anniversary Ch*****ne bottle edition of Tamale Top Ale! This b**r pairs exquisitely with my steak tamales!! You can taste the similarities ❤️ I also have my b**r battered steak tamales and OMG! My sweet Tamale Loaf - think of a sweet Tamale but an entire Loaf steamed - it has rum raisins, pecans, cinnamon, cloves and anise seeds - it's absolutely to die for! - the sweet, savory, spice and tart blends beautifully ❤️

I made my own masa. Scratch food.

PS.
Tamale Top has never been a gimmick, if you're a true b**r geek then you know b**r made of spiced dried bread. It's also a way to recycle - think about it.

Sometimes I need a new outlet. The time has come for my Distillery. I haven't truly mentioned my flagship liquor but I will.

Monday night football action goings-on on tonight! Football requires brewskis, pizza, and wings!!! These pizzas are green and red, green tomatillos or red tomatoes. My wings are BBQ and Buffalo hot paired awesomely with my stout or a blue corn international l***r 💙

NFL action going on with my Eats.. Ribs in a Blanket .. and a Brewski!

I've got my 3rd release of my Mystery Series soon to be released. In all my writings ✍️ it's full of Borderlands culture, places and old folklore. All my mysteries involve brewing, cuisine and history. I always keep it cozy and funny.

My grandma Cantù used to make Chicken Feet Soup but I never knew her recipe. I reimaginged it Sun Brewing style and I took it a step further to make a Chicken Pot Pie out of it. This pairs exquisitely with my Voodoo C**k Ale or a stout.

This is my weekend special but it's very special to me because I pay homage to someone that was not just loved by me but a great many people. The older generations were very close together back then. She was my great grandmother and I knew her half my life and I'm getting old.

I hope you enjoy this because they knew back then flavor and the science of it. Chicken Feet has collagen and ancient healing powers.

My Army Gabagool! All of us know the SOS meal of gravy on bread with something that's like beef jerky. This right here is a Sun Brewing reimaginged version of it. Capocollo is a true Italian delicatessen, and it's on my fresh made bread and gravy.

This will be an everyday item, ladies and gents!

I'm building a Distillery! I'll have my tried and true staples everyday but I'll also have my specialty liquors.. like my seasonal Cinderella loves Ale Spiced Pumpkin liquor or my Frankenstein October liquor!!
