My freeze distilled Ale; clocking in at 13% ABV. I'm huge into Distilling and have plans to open a Distillery soon. My Special of the weekend is a Gabagool Sandwich! Aka Capocollo aka The Tony Soprano. Capocollo is truly a special cut above and it's on fresh Ciabatta bread ❤️

I recommend mixing the ice Ale with Tepache to make a Shandy.

My weekend specials!! Stout Beer Mac & Cheese Meatloaf burger and Spare Ribs! I'm huge into depression Era foods... my grandpa was a butcher who gave us throwaway. These have become delicacies today. My Meatloaf is traditional for generations and transcended into this beautiful Slugburger. I'm brewing my Lunatic Hopped Voodoo C**k Ale! I'm bringing this old classic from over 10 years ago back Ladies and Gents!

I love wearing my Clown Shoes and I absolutely love my Lunatic series of beers!!!

Voodoo C**k Ale coming soon... and paired exquisitely with my Lunatic Voodoo Burrito. Believe me this beet came out way before other mass produced Voodoos, it's all good but Come to Canutillo where it all began;

My Cheesey bread and Focaccia paired exquisitely with Azul! My little kitchen and bakery will be open next week or for sure by mid-august. I have somethings to work out but most likely I'll have a limited menu next week then a full menu shortly after. 😋

My little Cafe and Bakery. It's actually a hybrid of Cafe concepts and a Pub. I love baking especially with beer. Soon my kitchen will be open selling loaves of bread and other goodies. Until then my Brewery is open and the taps are flowing.. if you get the munchies then I got bread and olive oil dipping sauce.

Pairs excellently with Azul or the smooth Black Tamarind.

Badabing badaboom, it's a Fougasse! My Breads and Meatloaves.. paired exquisitely with my new beer release, Azul; an international amber lager brewed with blue corn adjunct which gives a beautiful earthy complexity that other corn doesn't with a pinch of sweetness.

My different breads 🍞 paired excellently with my beer! My little kitchen will also be a little Bakery, baking fresh breads, especially rustic beer breads. My beautiful crusted and savory rustic beer bread pairs excellently with several types of beer. I paired it with my Tepache Ale. I'll have these breads with olive oil dipping sauces.

Red, White & Brew was a tremendous success! ..but more than that, it accomplished exactly what it set out to do: inspire. The mentors and the passion they have. They care deeply.

Seeing it all come together tonight was something special. Watching the kids light up with excitement and take so much pride in what they created was the best part of the evening. That's the kind of impact that lasts far beyond one event.
Cheers to giving back, inspiring the next generation, and reminding others that passion is even more powerful when it's shared. I'm so proud of our team led by Chef Morales. 🍻❤️
