📣📣📣 ANNOUNCEMENT
I have some news to share, my dear friends and family! After April 27th, I’m moving on to my next chapter and want to thank everyone who has been a part of my journey for nearly a year.

First, I would like to thank Ryan Poulos and Kathi Swanson Poulos of Zin Valle Vineyards for believing in me and trusting me to build my business into something we could both be proud of. For me, it was never about making a million dollars and retiring (haha); it was about delivering quality, fresh food my clientele would enjoy with their ZV luscious wines—topped with a wonderful customer service experience.

On that note, I thank everyone who made time and chose to support and enjoy BITVbyK. I truly value and treasure old and new friendships, it was always about YOU! As always, there’s nothing I could do without my right and left hand, my son Chris Coronado ♥️. Thank you to my parents for sharing time with me and to my daughter and son-in-law, Catherine Coronado-Ibarra and Claudio Ibarra , for sharing your weekends with me and bringing Mi Vida and Mi Rey to light up my days.

I will be at Zin Valle for the next two weekends, so come join me and enjoy our April menu. I look forward to welcoming you and serving you.
