Today, we honor Emily & Sara's beloved grandma, Elizabeth Ann Juraco, who passed away at the remarkable age of 100. ❤️

Grandma Juraco’s legacy lives on in one of our most cherished traditions at Black Maple. From the very beginning, we have proudly made and served her most popular recipe from scratch — Poviticia, her special version of a traditional Croatian bread, made uniquely her own with an Irish twist.

We are honored to continue sharing Grandma Juraco’s Poviticia with our community and to keep a little piece of her legacy alive with every loaf.
