Today our freshmen class participated in their first team cooking challenge. They worked in teams to create pintxos.

Pintxos (pronounced “peeeen-chose”), are a specialty from the Basque Country of Spain and France - think tapas, but bite sized.

Yesterday Mr. Spada and recently retired Mr. Green attended the Mass Restaurant Association Scholarship gala at Danversport where our senior student Hannah Gleason received the Costa Produce Scholarship.

Thanks to the MRA and Costa for recognizing Hannah and congrats to her for her hard work in qualifying for this scholarship! Next year Hannah will be attending Johnson and Wales University to study Culinary Science and Product Development.

Our senior class is enjoying their senior field trip today, however, the sophomores are here and the bake sale is open. We also have prepared frozen foods available! Stop in from 11-1!

Please note that we are fully booked for reservations for both this week and next week - there are currently no dates available for reservations.

Following Graduation next Friday we will begin releasing June reservation dates.

The bakery and prepared foods counter continues to be open every school day unless otherwise announced.

We are closed today as we clean up from yesterday's special luncheon. We will reopen for bakery items and prepared foods tomorrow.
