Love this! 🙂

Shout out to Pizza Oven!
We 🫡 you.

We're so thankful for our community! Pizza Oven on Lincoln Way in Canton had extra food worth 86 meals this morning so they dropped it off at the Shorb Market for our guests to enjoy. It was so good, it's already gone!

Thank you Pizza Oven for thinking of our neighbors.

💧 Water's on. Lindsey's opens in the morning.

Ovens fired, prep done, full crew scheduled. We're ready.

We got messages all day asking when we'd be back, that's a good problem to have, and we're grateful for every one of them. 🙂

So get your orders in early tomorrow. It's going to be a busy one!

Thanks for waiting on us.
See you in the morning! 🍕

🔧 Lindsey's is closed today.

We opened this morning to no water. Crews are out here replacing the fire hydrants — no notice, no heads up. 😕

So the team got to work on what we could control. Phones covered, customers called, everybody taken care of. Nobody's showing up to a locked door wondering what happened.

Honestly, the rest of it stinks. And it's not just us — a lot of businesses out here are dealing with the same thing today.

But it's a day. We'll get through it, and we'll be back as soon as we've got water.

To our crew: that was something to watch this morning.

Thank you. 🙌🏽🍕

To the guys digging out there in the rain: thank you too. New hydrants make this whole block safer.

We'll update everyone when we know more. 🍕

Today, we turned the sign to CLOSED. On purpose.

No lunch rush. No delivery pings. No “can you cover a shift?”

Just our whole team, in the sun, getting paid to be exactly nowhere near a pizza oven.

Because here’s the thing people don’t see when their food shows up hot at the door — there’s a crew behind it. Folks who work nights, weekends, holidays, and every snowstorm this state can throw at us. They show up. So today, we showed up for them.

We laughed. We ate. We talked trash. Somebody swung a golf club like they were killing a spider.

And the long drive competition? Let the record show the boss won. 🏆 I’ll be accepting apologies and rematch requests in the parking lot. 🤪💪🏽

To our team — thank you. You’re not staff. You’re the reason any of this works. 🍕🙌🏽

To our customers — thanks for your patience today. We’re back at it tomorrow, and the crew feeding you is a little more rested, a lot more appreciated, and still salty about that drive. 😄
