Every cup tells a story ☕️

Maura Basante’s coffee, grown high in the hills of Ancuya, Nariño, Colombia, is one we’re especially honored to share. Her coffee is vibrant, comforting, and beautifully sweet, with notes of red apple, blackberry, grapefruit, and chocolate.
Over the years, support from our café community has helped provide tools like a gas-powered pulper and moisture meter—small changes that have made a meaningful difference in Maura’s work and coffee quality. We’re so grateful we get to work with her!

We’re bringing everything you love about Giv into a new home—our full coffee program, handcrafted drinks, barista training, and of course, our delicious pastries. Alongside us, The Eatery will be serving their signature food favorites, making it the perfect spot for your go-to Giv drinks paired with your favorite bites.

Just got back from an incredible week in Honduras! 🇭🇳☕
We started deep in the remote Lempira region to visit three of the smallholder farmers who contribute to our La Navi lot—a community coffee made up of about 400 different farmers. While there, we were able to gift them nine new multi-tools, complete with w**d whacker, pruning, and cutting attachments. It was so rewarding to see the immediate impact; one person with this tool can do the same amount of work in a day that usually requires 13 people with machetes! They were incredibly thankful that we made the long trek out to see them, but the gratitude really goes both ways. We couldn’t be more thankful for the backbreaking work they put into this coffee.
For the second half of the trip, we headed over to the Santa Barbara region. It was great catching up and walking the farms with Bernardo Erazo, Ben Paz, and the Baide family. A major highlight of the whole trip was pulling shots of espresso right there in the dirt with the Baides using a little battery-powered espresso machine. Seeing their excitement as they tasted their own coffee exactly the way we make it at the cafe was an unforgettable experience.
Feeling incredibly inspired to be back at the roastery and share these coffees with you all.
