Oh what a night! Last night was insane, but a great one! To everyone that came in even with reservations with the understanding that good food, real food, fresh cooked can take time even with a full staff....we thank you for your patience and kindness. To those that didn't have reservations and was upset about wait times, and the bad reviews....we thank you.

You see, we ran the place with 3 people out. We did a fantastic job with all things considered.

Now for the fun stuff......let's do it again today. We decided to boil more crawfish today! Dine-in, or carry-out! While supplies last!

Also, with business picking up, we are hiring more staff. We are looking for a dishwasher, and a floater that can prep, and float between 2 kitchens. Must have good availability, transportation, able to get along with all our crazy personalities....simply put, must be a real people person, and actually wants to work.

Come join us today for lunch, datenight, or sit at our FULL bar and let us whip you up one of our signature Cajun favorites!

To the wonderful people of Cherokee County and those that came tonight from all over......we thank you. We are so damn appreciative of each and every one of you who came out to support us. We literally ran out of most of our signature dishes, we had a wait list, we had reservations....this was so amazing. We were balls to the wall all day. This right here is exactly what we prayed for.

Please let's keep this going! I support and love Cherokee County so much. You are so amazing!

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, this means so much ❤️

Please join us for the May 19th Golden Spatula award presentation from 12:45-2pm......and May 8th crawfish boil!!!!!

Thank you for your patience and understanding that quality food does take time...sorry for the long wait time, I am hoping the food was worth it...tonight I will be able to sleep...peacefully.
