This past Saturday, we hosted our second Train the Trainer meeting, bringing together an impressive group of team members who have consistently shown the leadership, dedication, and commitment needed to help others succeed.
Each participant was carefully selected by leadership for their ability to lead by example, support their teammates, and make a positive impact within their restaurant. Throughout the day, they took part in hands-on training, interactive discussions, and leadership-focused lessons designed to give them the tools and confidence to become successful trainers.
We are proud to share that every participant successfully completed the program and officially earned the title of Certified Trainer. To recognize their accomplishment, each new trainer received their official Certified Trainer patch, along with exclusive trainer gear including aprons, chef coats, and other swag.
Developing our people continues to be one of our greatest priorities. We are excited to see these Certified Trainers grow in their leadership roles while helping train, support, and develop the next generation of talent across our restaurants.
