We are finally able to order fish from Japan.
Next week, we are please to serve the following fish. The quantity is limited and will be only available first come first serve basis.

Fresh Yellowtail (Buri) We are in season for fresh Yellowtail. This is one of the most sought after fish in Japan in the winter season. It is much different from what you normally get from your typical sushi bar. The texture is firm, buttery, and full of flavor. This will be a great treat for anyone appreciates amazing fish with full of flavor.

File fish (Umazurahagi) This is fish I personally love. The texture is much firmer. It is not as fatty as some of the other fish like salmon, otoro, or even yellowtail but the flavor is amazing. Some experts compare this amazing fish to puffer fish without risking getting poisoned.

Sea bass (Hira Suzuki) The flavor of this fish is amazing. The flavor is amazing and texture is firmer. This is another fish we get from Japan and never a disappointment there. We are all blessed to have great salmon, Tuna, and yellowtails in Michigan but having Suzuki will put this fish in another level of enjoyment.
