Ok Tuesday when we open at 11 look what we have for you

Cobblers ….we make our pie fillings and use our own pie crust dough to make these cobblers $4.15 a serving
Peach …..
Strawberry Rhubarb….
BlackBerry …..

Chocolate Turtle cake our classic chocolate cake topped with a milk chocolate fudgy frosting,
toasted finely chopped nuts,
drizzle of hot fudge and caramel….$4.15

New to the case is an interesting combination of ingredients that caught our eye, cake batter with diced Orange slice Candy, dried
Dates, chopped walnuts and shredded coconut…baked in a mini loaf pan then when done a Orange simple syrup(fresh orange juice, butter and sugar cooked down) is poured
Over the top to soak in then a dusting of toasted coconuts.
Jury is out on this one there’s a picture of a slice of one cut next to the picture of the whole mini loaf
Will be interesting to see what you all think $5.00

Back and it’s been a while Key Lime Pound cake, a delectable pound cake batter with added lime zest,
real Key Lime juice Baked in a mini loaf pan then when done a key lime powdered sugar glaze is poured over the top
to seal in the goodness and add that extra punch of lime $5.00

Hope you have all had a wonderful day so far. As you know we are closed Sunday and Monday for staff to relax,
Have some downtime and regroup for the upcoming week. Days are busier lately so they need days off.

However the kitchens baking elves, cunning little creatures that they are, sneak in and do their thing so that the dessert
Case is once again full of delicious homemade desserts when we open Tuesday each week at 11

This week we will have more than one kind of cobbler and we have a brand new mini loaf dessert to unveil
A favorite chocolate dessert and another classic that we haven’t made in quite some time.

We will have our House made Potato salad this week as a side choice as it’s the season.

I will post the coming weeks desserts tomorrow when everything is done and pictures taken.
