Saturday was an incredibly busy Valentine’s Day, and we want to sincerely apologize to any guests who experienced long wait times for hibachi seating or delays with their takeout orders.
Being busy is never an excuse. If your evening did not go as smoothly as it should have, we are truly sorry.
At the same time, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the guests who showed patience, kindness, and understanding during the rush. Some of our takeout guests even stepped forward to offer help, which truly touched us. And to those who came up to us and told us we were doing a great job — your words meant more than you know. In a moment of pressure and exhaustion, your encouragement truly moved us.
We are deeply grateful to serve such an amazing community. Your support, especially on a special night like Valentine’s Day, means everything to us.
