A little greenery goes a long way. Some of us have gone considerable farther. Swipe for evidence.
Plants are fantastic for staging. They add life, soften rooms, fill awkward corners and make a house feel cared for.
However, at some point, they can become a visual typo.
I say this with love, because Exhibit B is my own dining room. I have apparently reached the stage where the plants have their own shelving infrastructure.
If I were listing this house tomorrow, most of these li’l babies would have to go into witness protection. Not because there’s anything wrong with them, but because buyers should notice the windows, the light and the room before they notice that I have a *situation*.
Exhibit A is more like it. One good plant. A little green life. Still plenty of room for the house to be the star. The plants can have their moment again after closing.
Bye, Fern-licia! 👋🪴👋
