Serving by 9am today at Home Depot. Depending on how a phone call goes later this might be the last service this week besides Saturday at Rouse Park. Sorry DHS ladies, someone’s trying to encroach on my turf! 😂 I’m going to try and get as close to y’all’s building as possible but not sure if it’s gonna work out yet! Gonna be a good wrap up to the week regardless!

Gonna be shutting down in about 15 minutes. One burger left for taking. Huge day for burgers. Especially this monster!!! It’s like he’s speaking to you almost 😂

Today we get to serve up the people that started it all! It’s Home Depot day. My Home Depot workers and contractors helped carry us through when the rest of the week was slow! Always a pleasure to pull up there!

Serving by 9am on what looks like a gorgeous Wednesday! We sold a lot of jalapeño popper burgers yesterday so the sauce for them won’t be ready til about 11:30.

Of course the money is a plus and we need it to survive….. but this is real reason I do this. It’s why I hand cut tomatoes and mushrooms to order. It’s why I use fresh meat daily and never frozen! It’s why I put 100’s of hrs into the food when I’m not open for business!

If you haven’t had my food, you’re missing out!!!

Don’t forget guys this is where we are today. A few of my regulars work here and I was happy to pull the truck over today. Come test drive a car and have a burger afterwards.

Today we are teaming up with Jerry with The Frontier Grill! Come down to the dealership, get some good food and check out our selection of new and pre owned vehicles!

Gonna be a good week!!!

Had a nice view from the trailer today

I’m really really glad we decided to stay in Colorado after my grandparents passed in December! We came to Cañon seasonally the last two years. This will be the first winter we stay here.

It has been nothing short of amazing support from this city. Now this may come off arrogant, but I’m really really good at what I do. I love food, I love when people come back and say “best I ever had” “absolutely delicious” or “that hit the spot!”

If you’ve been to window when we are slammed you see me moving, controlled chaos that I thrive in!

Do I make mistakes, absolutely! I also learn from them and improve.

Today at Rouse Park was just another reminder that I made the right decision purchasing this trailer even with all the issues it’s had.

Thank you Cañon City!!!! I can’t wait to fight through the winter and bring you guys more than just burgers, dogs, and one of the best dang breakfast sammies in this town!

Thank you DHS for excepting me into the family with these little trinkets that yall cherish! You guys make Monday’s and Fridays awesome!
