We wanted to let everyone know that Kopper Kettle will be closed today (Monday, May 19th) for one much-needed rest day

Since reopening, our family has been working nonstop trying to get everything running smoothly in the new location, and after weeks of long days, Dad finally needs a day to recharge.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and understanding during this transition. The turnout and love from the community has meant the world to us.

We’ll be back open Tuesday morning at 7am and ready to serve you all again ☕🍳

The wait is finally over!

First, we want to sincerely thank everyone for your patience and support during this move. We know it has taken longer than we originally expected, and we truly appreciate all of the kind messages, encouragement, and excitement while we worked to get everything ready.
Moving a restaurant turned out to be a much bigger project than we anticipated, but we are happy to officially announce that Kopper Kettle will be OPENING THIS FRIDAY at our new location in Cañon City!

We have some bittersweet, but exciting, news to share!

Today (3/22/26) marked our final day at our Florence location. It’s hard to put into words how much these past 6 and a half years have meant to us. This community has supported us, grown with us, and truly become part of our family. We are beyond grateful for every meal shared, every conversation, and every familiar face that walked through our doors.

While it’s tough to say goodbye to Florence, we’re incredibly excited for what’s next!

We are officially moving to Cañon City, our new home will be at 512 Royal Gorge Blvd (the old La Petite/Annalise building). We’re working hard to get everything up and running and are aiming to reopen by mid-April

We can’t wait to welcome you all into this new chapter and continue serving you.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything. We hope to see you soon in our new space!
