You know, we're more than just pitas! Our chicken tendy basket comes with fries (this customer requested truffle side fry) and is truly a crowd pleaser. Dip em, don't dip em, we don't judge....much 😜

Our business has us working 6 days a week, every week from May - October. The truck gets hot...I'm talking 110+ degrees inside the truck hot. Food truck life is not for the weak.
BUT, we get to serve food we're passionate about, meet amazing people, attend awesome festivals and travel around the beautiful state of Colorado.
Everything has its ups and downs.
This year, I'll be telling myself on repeat: "if you're feeling down, just take a look around."
Life is beautiful when you take a step back to appreciate it.

In all seriousness, there is an endless amount of love, time and intention blended into everything we do. From the personal customer interactions to making what we can from scratch, our goal is to serve you fresh, flavorful food to keep you fueled and wanting more.

Here's a glimpse into our strawberry lemonade batching. Fresh squeezed lemons, homemade strawberry syrup and filtered water. If you haven't tried it, it's about time you do!
