Introducing… The Gatekeeper

Our signature, classic pizza sauce with a custom blend of herbs, spices, and parmesan. Layered with mozzarella cheese, pepperonis, freshly sliced tomatoes, and bits of juicy pineapple for a burst of sweetness. Topped with another sprinkle of parmesan and a mild hot honey drizzle for just the right amount of heat.

It’s no secret that we like to stick with the basics and do them really, really well. This is a bit outside of our comfort zone but we are SO excited for you to try our pizza for Perry County Pizza Week ! We are in full prep mode and we can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been cooking. 🍕❤️

PIZZA WEEK Clue #2 🍕❤️

For this clue, instead of telling you what we did make for Perry County Pizza Week we’re going to share all of the yummy pizzas that we trialed but we didn’t choose.

These pizzas were tabled and are not on the menu… for now anyway 👀
S’mores, Buffalo Chicken, Barbecue Chicken, Pumpkin Spice, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Philly Cheese Steak, and a fresh take on our all meats pizza.

PIZZA WEEK Clue #1 🍕❤️

We had so much fun trying so many different pizza ideas for our very first pizza week! The pizza we chose is one of the first ones we tried and kept coming back to. Judy found the inspiration for our pizza at a Garth Brooks concert a few weeks ago, so you could say that we have friends in dough places 😉
