Dear customers, friends, and supporters,
Many of you have been asking why our business closed so suddenly, and we believe you deserve an honest explanation.
First, we would like to clarify that the owner of our business was not the owner of the building where we operated. For nearly a year, we experienced ongoing issues with the air conditioning system, which was the responsibility of the building owner. During that time, repeated requests were made to have the system repaired, but unfortunately the problem remained unresolved.
As temperatures continued to rise, the conditions inside the establishment became extremely difficult and unsafe. The excessive heat began to seriously affect the health of the business owner, who already had underlying health conditions. Over time, these extreme working conditions led to significant health complications, including vision problems and other physical symptoms that made it impossible for him to continue working safely.
After exhausting every reasonable option available to us, we were left with no choice but to close the business. This decision was sudden for many of our customers, but it came after months of trying to find a solution while protecting the owner's health.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this closure may have caused. We are incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty, and friendship that you showed us during our time in operation since 2025. Your encouragement and kindness meant more than words can express.
At this time, we humbly ask for your prayers as the owner focuses on recovery and healing. We trust that with God's help, better days are ahead.
