• EAT WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY! As a young adult, he took the opportunity to join the Florida F&B scene. Jack quickly realized he needed to be in the fine dining world of NYC instead. After starting a family, he has now brought his expertise in service and food

knowledge to Asheville. Marcella is a graduate of Culinary Management whom trained in NYC for 7 years. She worked under world renowned Chef Dominique Ansel, Wolfgang Puck, Jean-Georges, and Michelin-Starred Shaun Hergatt. Marcella was awarded the youngest ever Zagat 30-Under-30 Award at the age of 19. She is now raising her two children, with husband Jack, in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.
