Triton, our Toro from Bodegas Vatan and is back! This perennial fan-fave brings heat and musculature to our reds. With our next wine dinner on March 18 focused on Spain's Big Reds (🔗 link in bio!), this is a perfect place to start. In Toro, they call their ancient clone of Tempranillo "Tinta de Toro," and once you taste it you'll see why it's named after a whole region! 🍷🥰
