Now, she has decided to honor that heritage by opening Sorelle Italian Bistro. The name Sorelle, Italian for sisters, honors the strong family bond among the generations of women in her family from her own sisters, her Mother and Aunts, and her daughters. With the help and support of her husband and 3 daughters she is using original family recipes to create an exciting menu of Italian favorites including house made noodles and sauces.
