A note on upcoming price increases. Every single item we purchase has gone up in price, and many have increased multiple times: baked goods, lox and other proteins, produce, milk, condiments and seasonings, cleaning supplies, cups, lids, napkins, caramel, vanilla, chocolate. Other increases include rent, insurance, wages, gas, linen supplies. Most significantly, green coffee prices have skyrocketed. So when our cost on a croissant goes up $.10-.15 cents and we increase the price to match that, it doesn’t come close to covering all our other expenses. We really appreciate your support throughout covid and hope you understand the need for our small increases!
