A message from Chef Trent:

Josh and I built this restaurant together in 2021. The world was at the tail end of the global pandemic, and there were many uncertainties. Josh had the courage, and insanity, to join me on this endeavor. It's been an honor working by your side Josh, watching you grow, and watching you put your personal touch on what One Fish ultimately became.
If you've had the chance to meet Josh, you know that no one does hospitality better. Josh turned first time guests into lifetime friends, made a new experience approachable, championed our sake program, and remained optimistic through tough times.

After 4+ years Josh will be moving on from One Fish. From now until December 28th we'd love to see everyone come and send him out in style! Stay tuned for a final send off special event. Thank you for everything Josh!

Weโ€™re thrilled to announce our 3-week pop-up seriesat One Fish Raw Bar. Starting Tuesday, November 4th and running every Tuesday through November 18th, from 5:00-8:00 PM, weโ€™re celebrating the bounty of local farmers markets and the best ingredients California has to offer.

Join us for a tantalizing evening of California tapas prepared by Chef Trent with guest floor manager extraordinaire Karlton Meyers. Savor unique dishes crafted from locally sourced produce and mouth watering seafood that embodies our love for the Golden State!

One Fish Raw Bar welcomes Paul Chung, Fifth Taste Distribution NorCal Manager and Sake Scholar, to join our team and share an evening of premium sake exploration and culinary delights.

Join us for a special Junmai Daiginjo sake night at One Fish and enjoy a 6-course tasting menu paired with exclusive sakes from our specialty vendor Fifth Taste.

$275 per person for 6-course tasting menu and Junmai Daiginjo sake pairing.
Reservations may be modified up to 7 days before.
All guests will be seated indoors.
