They say go big or go home. With that in mind let's jump right into it. It's wing flight Wednesday at the kitchen. For those of you that don't know it's a dozen wings. We pick 6 flavors and you get 2 wings per flavor. Also we cook all wings from raw. We never precook so they might take a little longer.
Tonight's wing flight flavors are:
Honey bbq
Sticky icky (maple honey Asian chili sauce)
Woo Tang dust ( orange tang mix and spices)
Figgy Pop (fig preserves, golden bbq, hot sauce)
Asian orange (orange, sweet chili, fresh herbs)
Pho king (sambal olek, pho base, lime, fresh herbs)
Flights start at 4

For those of you that know about chef Matt know that he can make some extreme heat wing sauces. So while finishing up a little late night prep he decided to throw together a sauce with some fresh peppers. Those of you that also know his off menu sauces might know about the wing sauce called the sauce I put on my balls based on bbq and jelly cocktail meatballs. Well this is the sauce I don't put on my balls. A blend of raspberry melba, golden mustard bbq, honey bbq, and farm fresh peppers. Will be available for wings while it lasts.

Happy Halloween everyone. Some of our dressed up misfits are here and ready to serve you. If your out trick or treating tonight bring the little one on for a piece of candy. If your joining us for dinner tonight please watch out for the little ones that are out.

The new hot water heater is up be running. We got a lot of morning prep dishes to catch up on and then we will open. We will open at 2:30. Thanks to all of you for understanding and that support us. We didn't want ti be closed by guest safety comes first.

We will not be opening today at 11:00 for lunch we are having some hot water heater issues that we need to get resolved first . Thank you for your understanding.

Update HB McClure Company is on the job. Let's go boys we got wings to sling and much more..... hopefully back up soon but gotta get the water flowing. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Another great day in the kitchen. We're still working out some of the opening kinks. Getting better everday. Too clear up a couple questions we keep getting from everyone. Our kitchen hours are 11-10 Sunday through Thursday. 11-11 Friday and Saturday. The bar will close an hour after the kitchen. We are not taking reservations currently unless you have a part of 8 or more
Last of all who wants a shot ski?

We're getting a lot of calls about reservations. Current operations are we are doing a first come first serve system. However, we are asking parties of 8 or more to call ahead to 717-562-7675 (or 717-89W-INGS - AS ALL CALLS ARE SUCCESSFULLY BEING ROUTED TO THE RESTAURANT)

Was a nice steady day today. Thank you to all that stopped out. Lily was back in today so make up some more dessert. We will be back at it tomorrow at 11

Good morning everyone. We had another long day yesterday restocking the kitchen the best we could and we're still waiting on more stuff today to finish doing that but we will be open today. We also made a run to the liquor store to get our bar stocked up and ready for everyone. We got a couple of the basics and a couple of different things but we will be adopting the bar to meet our guest needs. Thanks for friends from Dead Lightning Still Works for making a special Sunday delivery to us. We will open at 11:00 today and we are still not going to take reservations at this time we have too much going on to be trying to balance that along with everything else . Thank you for your understanding see you all soon
