If you’re new around here—or you’ve been around for a while but lost track of me—hi! I’m Kristen, the face, flour-covered hands, and probably slightly chaotic brain behind Cowbell Bakery. 🐄🤎

A lot has changed around here lately! We’ve moved from Camden to Hollow Rock, and along with the move came a new chapter for my bakery. I had to change my business name because another business was using my previous name, so Cowbell Bakery was born. And honestly… it feels like it fits me pretty dang well. 🐄🔔

A little about the woman behind the mixing bowls:

🤎 I LOVE to bake. Like, really love it. Baking is my passion, my creative outlet, and sometimes probably my therapy. 😂

👧🏻 I’m raising and inspiring three little ladies, who keep life busy, loud, messy, and full of love.

🤍 I’m a foster mom, and being a mom in general is one of the biggest parts of who I am.

🐄 Cows are life. If you know me, you already know this. 😂

🧁 You’ll usually find me in the kitchen with flour on my hands, but I also LOVE crafting and creating things with my hands.

😂 I have a dark sense of humor, because sometimes you just have to laugh at the chaos.

❤️ I’m a big-hearted woman who probably cares way too much, loves hard, and will always try to make people feel welcome.

👟 And yes… I have an unhealthy love for shoes. A girl can never have too many, right?!

Most importantly, I’m just me. A mom. A baker. A crafter. A little chaotic. A little sarcastic. Big-hearted. Covered in flour half the time. And someone who is trying to build something that I’m genuinely proud of.

Cowbell Bakery isn’t just a business to me. It’s a piece of me. ❤️

With the heat we’ve been experiencing, I’ve made the decision to close the outside self-serve stand for food on the weekends.

This decision isn’t because I don’t want to bake or serve my community — quite the opposite. 💗 My baking means the world to me, and I want every single thing that leaves Cowbell Bakery to be the best quality I can possibly make.

With food sitting outside or even in a cooler, there are things I simply can’t control when temperatures are this high. The last thing I ever want is for food to spoil, lose its intended shelf life, or not be as fresh and delicious as it should be when you purchase it.

BUT DON’T WORRY — COWBELL BAKERY IS STILL OPEN! 🐄🤎

I’m going back to something I used to do regularly before opening the self-serve stand: WEEKLY PRE-ORDERS! 🎉

This will allow me to have much better control over:
✨ Freshness
✨ Quality
✨ Food safety
✨ Your personal orders

I will post the menu- you order and pickup or post you want your items delivered on the day & time.

I’d rather make a change that protects the quality of what I’m serving than risk putting something out there that I wouldn’t be proud to serve my own family.

🌡️ A LITTLE WEATHER UPDATE FROM COWBELL 🐄

Due to these heat advisory/extreme heat temperatures, I’m bringing my baked goods back inside for the time being.

I never want spoiled or overheated food sitting out, and more importantly, I want every single customer to be just as happy with what they spent their hard-earned money on as I am when I make it. 🤎

With temperatures reaching these heat-advisory levels, I’m thinking about switching things up a little…

Would y’all be interested in weekly menus where you can place your order ahead of time and pick it up during the week or weekend? 🧁🍪🥖

🚗 Delivery would also be available for those who need it!

This would allow me to keep everything fresh, properly stored, and at the quality I want you to receive it—while still letting y’all get your Cowbell favorites. 🐄🤎
