👻🍪 A LITTLE CHANGE OF PLANS AT COWBELL BAKERY! 🐮🖤

Sometimes life has other plans, and this weekend is going to look a little different than I originally hoped. Between things not quite falling into place, my sweet Saige not feeling well, and my husband having to work now, I’m going to make a few changes!

Instead of opening the farm stand with an abundance of goodies, I still want to bring y’all something sweet! 🥹❤️

So, instead, I’m going ahead and releasing this month’s HALLOWEEN COOKIE BOX! 🎃🍪

The weather has FINALLY cooled off enough for me to open my farm stand back up, and I couldn’t be more excited! 😍🙌

I’m so ready to start decorating the stand, bringing out all the cozy fall vibes, and making sure that when you pull up, you get that little hint of fall in the air. 🍂🎃 Think pumpkins, rustic touches, cozy colors, and all the fall goodness that makes this time of year so special!

I’ve missed having everyone stop by, and I’m ready to fill the stand back up with homemade goodies made with lots of love! 🥹❤️

Y’all, look at this cheesecake creation! 😍

✨ Vanilla wafer crust
✨ Homemade pecan filling
✨ Pumpkin cheesecake
✨ Sweet sour cream topping
✨ Dulce de leche to finish it off 🤤

Now listen… presentation isn’t always perfect when you’re experimenting with new flavors and trying something outside your comfort zone.

Sometimes you have to play around, try new things, and learn as you go! 😂 Because sometimes the cheesecake has other plans than the ones you had in your head! 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ Good thing I bake with love and not a food stylist degree!

But let me tell you something… THE FLAVOR IS A SOLID 10/10! 🙌🏼🔥 The combination of pumpkin, pecans, that sweet sour cream layer, and dulce de leche? Absolutely delicious!

Turtle Cheesecake… but not just ANY Turtle Cheesecake. 🐢🍫

I put my own spin on this classic, and let me tell you… the layers are EVERYTHING.

We’re starting with an Oreo crust loaded with a toasted nut mixture. Then comes the first layer of goodness: homemade caramel, brown butter & toasted nuts.

Next up is a rich chocolate cheesecake layer… followed by a silky, creamy classic cheesecake layer right on top. That creamy layer gives you the perfect balance against all that rich chocolate, caramel, and crunch. 🤎

And because I clearly don’t believe in doing things halfway… we finished it with a silky chocolate ganache, homemade caramel drizzle, and even MORE toasted nuts.

The rising star of this cheesecake? THE NUTS. 🌰✨

Crunchy. Toasted. Buttery. Caramelly. Chocolatey. Creamy.

Basically… if a Turtle Cheesecake went to the bakery, got a little bougie, and came back wearing its best outfit. 😂

So apparently I own a BIG popcorn machine… and instead of being a normal person and just making popcorn, my brain immediately went:

“WE SHOULD MAKE DIRTY POPCORN.” 😂

And by dirty, I mean LOADED.
