When we first opened, we hoped to bring a little more energy to our community and create a place where people could connect. Since, we've had numerous events and gatherings, as you can see. And over time, this building has become about more than what you take home. It’s where you catch up with a friend, get to know the local maker behind that favorite lotion of yours, and spend time with good company.

That’s the spirit behind Market After Hours

An evening to gather with friends, enjoy tastings, meet Wisconsin makers, play games, and sip on a glass of w**e or an October-inspired mocktail. Then head upstairs to Mustard Seed Books, grab a drink, and settle into the reading room for a while, or spend a little while crafting, puzzling, or listening to the live music.

Our selection includes dark, medium, and decaf roasts, plus espresso beans for the espresso drinkers. And if you’re feeling like trying something a little different, we have flavors and individual packets that make it easy to bring home just a little something new.

Maybe it’s a fall flavor for a friend, a small packet to try for yourself, or simply an extra bag of the coffee you already love.

You know those nights when you’re driving home, and realize you didn’t buy groceries for dinner?

You consider just snacking, then takeout. Then remember you still have to figure out dinner tomorrow, too.

Sometimes the best dinner plan is the one you didn’t have to plan.

Grab a quart of soup here, take it home for later in the week when you know you won’t be making dinner. Pick up a loaf of sourdough to go with it. It’ll last you a couple days.
