Yume Wo Katare, or "speak your dreams" in Japanese, is a Cambridge based "a Place Where You Can Share Dreams" owned by Tsuyoshi Nishioka. Unlike other ramen shops in the Boston area, Yume wo Katare serves hand made, authentic one and only Yume Style ramen. Your choice is simple: two slices of pork, or five?
