Yeah, we know… ain’t exactly the kind you’d expect to see wearin’ spurs—but don’t let the name fool ya.

This cowboy’s stacked high with housemade pastrami, ridin’ alongside melty goodness and all the fixin’s that’ll make your tastebuds tip their hat.

He don’t talk much… but he sure makes a statement.

Crispy waffle fries ridin’ tall, stacked up with melty cheese curds, a heap of green onions, and smothered in rich, savory gravy… then crowned with your choice of meat.

I know we hurt some feelings with the announcement that our express location wouldn’t be reopening this week. Maybe we can soothe that over by offering one of our classics this weekend and next as a special at Bull Provisions & Smokehouse . Have you followed our sister restaurant located downtown Cambridge? Offering our classic Brisket, Burnt Ends, and Pulled Pork, as well as favorites you didn’t even know you had like our housecut steaks and made to order pastas.

Up in Canada they call it poutine…

Down here at Bull, we call it a mighty fine decision.

Crispy waffle fries.
Melty cheese curds.
Green onions.
A good, honest pour of gravy.

Then we tip our hat and let you pick the meat on top.

Pulled pork? Sure thing.
Chicken? If that’s your trail.

But if you ask Bullseye, he’ll lean over the bar and whisper…
“Go with the brisket.”

We know we sure bummed a lot of you out with our announcement yesterday, but the good news is that our pork and brisket is available at Bull Provisions & Smokehouse Friday- Saturday downtown at 520 Race Street along with a wide variety of other menu options, like steaks, salads, and pastas!

Smoke’s rollin’ and the cowboys are hungry. 🤠🔥

Pulled Pork piled high, slow-smoked till it’s tender as a campfire story… topped with cool, crunchy coleslaw and stacked on a buttery toasted brioche bun. Sauce on the side, of course — ‘cause we ain’t hiding a thing.

Big flavor. Two hands required. No apologies.
