Small in form but mighty in flavor. Our Syrian Shortbread thumbprint cookies are made with ghee for tenderness, then filled with raspberry jam and rolled in vanilla-sumac sugar. You’ll find them next to our Şekerpare cookies, a soft semolina base that is soaked in a rosewater syrup and sprinkled with dried rose petal.

A small bite to start the night: Whipped Feta. Sheep’s milk feta is whipped with roasted piquillo peppers, pepper paste, maras, and urfa. Served with housemade seeded crackers.

To us, Bici Bici is the epitome of summer. A dessert from the Adana region of Turkey, the dish unites shaved ice, syrup, jellies and fresh fruit or powdered sugar. Our take is composed of mulberry granita (shaved ice) and labne jellies, served with basil seeds soaked in a strawberry mint syrup and garnished with fresh raspberries and fairy floss (aka Turkish cotton candy).

We are open on Memorial Day! 🎆 A long weekend calls for a celebratory dessert like our Baked Alaska. Coconut ice cream, passion fruit caramel and a whole lot of torched meringue are the key to this classic.
