Before Barnum, there was Bernard. Never a showman, but always putting on a show. After losing his daughter, our Captain Bernard struggled to find a path forward. The sea wasn’t the sea anymore, and being landlocked without adventure was never a thought in the old Captains mind. How he met Bailey is a mystery, and why their relationship was so short lived will be a question the crew here at Dive always ponders. I guess that’s the beauty of it all though, right? There’s no mystery without unanswered questions, and there’s no romance without mystery. All we can do is keep these decks scrubbed, and the cocktails flowing in honor of our lost leader ⚓️🌊

Monsieur’s Island Rolls
Golden, crispy egg rolls packed with savory diced ham, melted gruyère and swiss cheeses, and served with tangy dijon mustard dipping sauce.

Lagoon Niçoise
A vibrant bed of mixed greens with tender potatoes, crisp green beans, tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onion, and a boiled egg. Finished with seared ahi tuna and drizzled with a bright citrus lemon vinaigrette.

Le Tiki Fricassée
