It's baaaaack! The most delightful eggplant...requires no salting or peeling and it is sweet and tender. YUM! This one is called Graffiti...but also look out for Striped Sunrise, and my favorite, Rosa Bianca. Globe eggplants are readily available but really difficult to work with and most restaurants do NOT do it right...Take our Eggplant challenge and enjoy the BEST Eggplant Parmagianna you have ever had. Yeah, I am serious.

Chicken Caprese is back! Best with mashed potatoes and veggies, but also great with pasta...chicken breast with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes with a fontina crust. Yum!
