Venue shopping? Don’t book until you check these things. 🤍

Make sure the space fits your guest list, know what’s actually included, think through how your event will flow, and make sure the venue can work with your vision.

And don’t forget the little things like parking, vendor access, setup time, and all the logistics you don’t think about until you’re in the middle of planning.

Once all of that checks out? Then you can fully fall in love. ✨🥂

Save this for later and come back to it as you move through your planning process.

We get this one a lot. 🥂✨

Yes, we love a beautiful wedding, but that’s just one chapter of the story. 🤍

We also love to host intimate celebrations and corporate gatherings, golf tournaments, fundraisers, milestone moments, and everything in between.

The Spanish Hills Club was made for bringing people together.

So... what are we celebrating?

Imagine saying THIS is what I get to do for work. 🤭

While someone is living their dream wedding day, we’re behind the scenes making sure every little detail comes together.

And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way. 🥂

The views were always camera-ready. ✨

What started as a country club became a tournament venue, a poolside backdrop, and a country club setting for multiple productions.

Come take a look around, you might recognize a few spots.

Can we be honest for a second? 🤭

After watching countless celebrations unfold, we’ve learned a thing or two about what actually makes a wedding unforgettable.

Spoiler: it’s not every tiny detail.

It’s the laughter, the food, the atmosphere, the unexpected moments, and the feeling of being surrounded by your favorite people.

Save this for when wedding planning starts feeling a little overwhelming.

The age-old wedding photo debate.

The truth? You need both.

✨ The perfectly posed portraits you’ll frame forever.
✨ The in-between moments you didn’t even know were captured.

Which style is your favorite?

We’re going to be honest. 😅

1. Your guests won’t remember every little décor detail. They’ll remember how you made them feel.

2. A beautiful venue doesn’t need to be covered up. Let the setting do some of the work.

3. If you’ve found a venue you love, don’t wait too long. The best dates have a way of disappearing.

4. A packed timeline doesn’t equal a better event. Leave room for the moments that happen naturally.

5. Great food, good drinks, and entertainment are what guests talk about long after the event ends.

6. Trends come and go. Creating an event that feels like YOU never goes out of style.

7. The most unforgettable events are the most intentional.

At the end of the day, the best events are about creating an experience your guests will remember. 🤍
