This one is for all you Pumpkin Spice fans! Out last bite in our October Variety box is Pumpkin Spice!! Our Pumpkin Spice bite has a graham cracker crust topped with our creamy cheesecake filling blended with pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. It’s dipped in a cream cheese flavored coating and garnished with our pumpkin pecan biscotti crumbs. This one tastes like fall in each bite.

We’ve added another Oktoberfest inspired bite to our October Variety Box. Black Forest Cake originated in the Black Forest region of southwestern Germany, so we thought a cheesecake version of this cake would be a great addition. Our Black Forest Cheesecake Bite has an Oreo cookie crust, topped with a dark chocolate cheesecake filling with a swirl of dark cherry cheesecake filling. It’s dipped in a semisweet chocolate and garnished with a cream cheese drizzle and mini cherry chips. This bite is the ultimate woodland fantasy—deep, dark cocoa cheesecake with a splash of cherry.

It’s Fundraising season! The Holidays are fast approaching. Consider supporting our local youth groups and organizations. This year we are partnering with the following groups: Holy Rosary PTO, St. Paul’s Lutheran School, Detroit Lakes FFA, Frazee FFA, Norman County East FFA and Lake Park FFA. When I think of fall flavors, I think of caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. These flavors all come together in a crisp, caramelized rectangular biscuit called a Lotus Biscoff cookie. The next flavor in our October Variety box is a Biscoff Cookie Cheesecake Bite. This bite starts off with a Biscoff cookie crust topped with our caramel cheesecake filling blended with Biscoff cookie butter. It’s dipped in a caramel coating and garnished with Biscoff spiced crumbs. Dare we say this is fall in one delicious bite!

Harvest is my favorite time of year. I have so many fond memories! The best memories were spent with my grandparents….in the combine with my grandmother or in the truck with my grandfather. One memory that sticks out, is my grandmother’s German Chocolate Cake…it was one of my Grandpa’s favorites! In honor of my grandparents, harvest and cake, I would like to present a cheesecake version of German Chocolate Cake. Our German Chocolate Cake Cheesecake Bite has a chocolate graham crust topped with a German Chocolate flavored Cheesecake filling. We top that with my Grandmother’s Coconut Pecan frosting and dip it in a milk chocolate coating garnished with toasted coconut and pecans. This one sure does bring back a lot of memories! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Our October Variety boxes contain a few Oktoberfest inspired cheesecake bite flavors. My new favorite might this one….Peach Kuchen Cheesecake Bite! Our Peach Kuchen Cheesecake Bite has a vanilla cookie crust, a peachy cheesecake layer with real peaches topped with our creamy original cheesecake layer and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. We dip it in a vanilla coating and garnish with some freeze dried peach pieces. If you have had our Peach Kuchen, you will definitely want to try our Peach Kuchen Cheesecake Bite too!

Who doesn’t love Halloween as a kid! Of course, my favorite part was going through all my candy at the end of the evening and pulling out my favorites. Snickers bars were at the top!! So, our first flavor in our October Variety box is our version of a Snickers Bar in a cheesecake bite. Our Snickers bite has a chocolate graham crust, topped with a caramel chocolate cheesecake filling with a lot of Snickers pieces baked in. We dip it in a milk chocolate coating garnished with a peanut. We hope it satisfies your hunger, just like a Snickers Bar does!
