🎉 8 Years of Grind 🎉
Eight years ago, Grind was just a dream, a leap of faith, and a hope that our community would support a small-town coffee shop with big dreams.
Today, we're celebrating 8 incredible years, and what a journey it has been!
☕ We've had the privilege of employing 84 amazing team members over the years.
📅 When we opened:
• Milk was $2.50 a gallon
• Gas was $2.72 a gallon
• Minimum wage was $7.25 an hour
• My girls were only 6 & 3 years old
🌎 We've weathered changing times, growing pains, and even a pandemic. Through it all, this community showed up for us time and time again.
What started as an idea has become so much more than a coffee shop. It's become a place for morning routines, business meetings, first dates, a proposal, celebrations, friendships, and countless conversations over a cup of coffee or food.
None of this would be possible without our incredible team, our loyal customers, the community that continues to support us, our family and our faith. Whether you've stopped in for a drink, shared one of our posts, recommended us to a friend, prayed for us, or simply cheered us on from afar, you've been part of our story.
