Meet us by the pool, even if the pool hasn’t been open since ’86. Warm waffles topped with key lime cream cheese, graham cracker crumble + powdered sugar. No lifeguard on duty. No sharing required.

Your 7AM wake-up call never tasted this good. A toasted croissant topped with smoked salmon, your choice of smashed avocado or whipped goat cheese, pickled red onion, a fancy egg, everything seasoning + lemon Dijon aioli. Consider this your sign to get out of bed.

MOTEL MUNCHIES TOAST 🍞
For whatever you got into after the front desk closed. Toasted ciabatta with creamy dill spread, mozzarella, dill pickles, cracked pepper + a hot honey drizzle. Served open-faced.

One last bite before you hit the road… or the afterlife. Apple butter, white cheddar, mozzarella, caramelized onions + crispy bacon, grilled until golden. You can check out, but you’ll be thinking about this one forever.
