Bird Dog Bistro is tucked inside Captain Walter Francis Duke Regional Airport in California, MD

We opened with a simple but bold idea: this airport deserved a restaurant worth the trip. Not a vending machine. Not a snack counter. A real bistro with a rotating menu built around fresh ingredients, a full coffee bar, and a dining room with a front-row seat to the runway.

Fly in. Drive up. Bike over. However you get here, there's a seat for you.
