Four Chefs Catering was honored to be back for the VIP event at the Grand Rapids Marathon — for the second year in a row! 🎉

✨ ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL VENUE ADDED TO THE FOUR CHEFS LIST! ✨

We’re always excited when we get the opportunity to cater somewhere new — and this time, Four Chefs Catering had the pleasure of serving our first wedding at Prairie Bells Barn in Belding! 🤍

A beautiful venue, a great group of people, and a menu made for a fall celebration:

🥗 Caesar Salad
🥖 Fresh Rolls with Compound Butter
🥔 Garlic Mashed Potatoes
🥕 Mixed Vegetables
🥩 Slow-Roasted Rosemary Beef Brisket
🍷 Finished with a rich Red W**e Demi-Glace

That brisket was slow-roasted until tender and paired with a rich red w**e demi-glace — definitely one of the highlights of the evening!

We love adding new venues to our list and meeting new couples along the way. ❤️
