Gourmet Dining at Caldwell University Gourmet Dining is a New Jersey based company and has served the Caldwell University Campus Community since 2010.

We operate all dining locations on campus, including the Dining Hall, Cougar Cafe at Werner Hall, and Catering. We are happy to be at Caldwell University and we are always open to working with you to create an excellent Dining Experience. We are also open to any feedback you would like to share.
