Coffee, pasties, burgers & cakes!
Oh My!!

It started 10 years ago. We were the “Book Ends” of the day. Helped start the day and finish the day just right! You took care of the middle. Now..we can help make any part of the day better! Coffee, Mimosas, Pastries, Kolaches, fresh bread, salads, sandwiches, burgers & fries.

We pivoted, turned around, backed up and did our best to hold our own. It’s been a crazy ride.

We have seen customers and employees reach milestones in their lives. Have been able to support our local youth, first responders, and community with donations, time or auction items.

From our first Kolache Fest of having a place to cool down and cold drinks to this last one of serving a lot of kolaches & cold pivo!

Thank you for being there for us as we have enjoyed being there for you.

Looking forward to serving you with smiles and laughter in the years to come.

Thank you!

Thanks to all the great festival goers at The Burleson County Kolache Fest 2026.

I am humbled by the family and friends that jumped in and helped from prep, set-up and day of. Along with my staff that worked extra hard to help make it all successful. I am one blessed girl!

We had some random flavors throughout the day - jalapeño-lemon, chocolate, cottage cheese, and others that were a hit! In the end had a request for coconut kolaches, so be on the lookout for Coconut Cream Pie ones in the future.

Funny observation of the flavors preferred each year. Last year Cherry flew out the door. This year it seemed peach was going more. Cream cheese is always a favorite.

Thanks again to my favorite guy-Matt, mom, Willie, Angie, Stephanie, Tammy, and our Lissa’s gang! Y’all made it another successful festival.

Czech ya later. Time to rest!
